LeClercq Pilot House

ANITA is an immaculately kept and well maintained North West motor yacht. Built by experienced Seattle builder Leclercq Marine, she has capably traveled from Alaska to Cabo San Lucas under the guide of two knowledgeable owners yet she has spent most of her days cruising the protected waters of Washington State and British Columbia.

Always considered a "family boat" her four stateroom, five head layout offers accommodations for family and guests. The galley has been updated and there is plenty of seating found at both of her helms.

Design Elements

ANITA benefited from an exterior paint job in January 2016 as well as being hauled and serviced in June 2016.

Her interior features exquisitely finished cherry wood, Madrona burl trim and herring bone teak flooring. Granite and Corian counters in the galley and bath areas provide a modern look that are easy to maintain. Carpet in all of the right areas soften the the floors.

Her first of two owners extended the cockpit to provide a larger area for fishing. It is also the favorite gathering area prior to gunkholing in the diesel tender.


Entry to the salon is via the double wide sliding glass doors. The herring bone teak entry way provides a nice spot for guests to remove shoes out of the weather and the cherry wood decor is beautifully executed. Barrel chairs are to port and opposite a lovely leather sofa. There is a desk forward that can be used as a work station. A large entertainment center feature a 40" Samsung HDTV with Intellian Satellite TV receiver.

Large widows in conjunction with extensive use of LED lighting brighten the area and provide panoramic views while underway.


The ships galley has been updated with granite hard surface counters and some new S/S appliances. It features generous meal prep surfaces and large windows for natural light.

Fly Bridge

The centreline fly bridge helm provides great visibility for sunny day operations. For docking, there are P & S wing control stations. There is a large semi-circular seating area behind the STIDD helm chair for guests. Aft to port is the tender crane and tender. To starboard you will find the outdoor Jenn-Air grill, wet bar and U-Line refrigerator/ice maker. Access to the fly bridge is from the pilot house or aft deck ladder.

Pilot House

The raised pilot house features twin STIDD helm chairs with polished S/S bases. There is a seating area aft for guests that has a table to layout morning coffee and snacks. Aft to P & S are two side deck access doors. Flooring is herring bone teak, paneling is Brazilian cherry.

The four stateroom layout is accessed by from the main deck by two separate stairwells. The owners stateroom and VIP guest stateroom are aft and accessed from forward of the saloon. The two guest staterooms forward are accessed from the starboard side of the pilot house. There are four en-suite heads with stall shower as well as a day head forward, steps away from the lower helm. A large laundry/pantry room can also be found forward.

All staterooms feature opening S/S port lites with covers. The forward bow stateroom has an overhead hatch for light, ventilation and safety egress. Entertainment HDTV's are linked to the Intellian Sat TV antenna with the main salon and master stateroom having their own Blu-ray players. There is also a Crestron A/V control system for the master and salon that can be controlled from an iPad remote.

Engines and Mechanical

The engine room and mechanical spaces are extremely tidy and well laid out. Bilge areas are also notably clean. Access to the engine room is via a transom watertight door or aft from the VIP stateroom.

Electrical System

The ship's electrical system consists of 12/24 Volts DC and 120/240 Volts AC. Starting voltage is 24 Volts DC. Power is supplied by 2 X 50 amp shore connectors, (2) 32 KW Northern Lights generators in sound shields and a compliment of batteries.
