Mia Qi

Mia Qi joined our team after working in the marine industry for over 5 years in Asia. Raised in Alberta, she ventured to Hong Kong where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Hong Kong in Communications. Mia began her career in marketing through a public relations agency, which then led her to her first role in yachting at Asia Yachting in Hong Kong. She later transitioned to head the marketing department for Princess Yachts Greater China, organizing multiple initiatives and events on land and at sea. For the past year, Mia acted as the Regional Sales Manager for a private jet charter organization, managing a dynamic fleet of aircrafts across Western Canada.

Her background in boating, as well as her ability to speak English, Mandarin, and Cantonese makes Mia an ideal addition to a Freedom Marine support staff dedicated to serving a diverse and sophisticated clientele.

With a love for the outdoors, Mia enjoys skiing in the winter months, and hiking, wake-surfing, paddle-boarding, and swimming in the summer.
