This 45 Formula has been locally owned and well maintained since new. She has a brand new stb engine and a rebuilt port engine. Also a very unique custom swim platform designed for a serious fisherman. She spent most of her life traveling to a summer home on a private island so her hours don't reflect on her overall condition. Interior and upholstery is in very nice condition.

Upgrades, Repairs, and Notes

1. Installed a custom powder-coated railing and motor station on the swim grid. Designed for fishing at a slow and economical trolling speed. Excellent safety emergency engine. Complete with 4 stationary rod holders and 2 mounts for Cannon Pro down-riggers that are wired into the railing system with convenient plug-ins that are hidden. 4 additional chrome rod holders are attached to the forward rail system. New 40 mercury high thrust trolling engine with full warranty. Separate dry cell battery with an on/off battery switch. Riggers are not included. It can be discussed. Cost $51K for the swim grid addition.
2. Replaced all 3 TVs with new lightweight updated technology and performance.
3. New windshield wipers.
4. Anchor system serviced.
5. All lighting was replaced with LED bulbs.
6. New starboard engine replacement in March 2021 at a cost of 60K. Only a few hours on the new engine. Both engines are running like new. Rpm, oil pressure is excellent. Both start immediately and run smoothly.
7. Engine heads were rebuilt in 2018 on the port engine. Only spent 29 hours on this rebuild.
8. New batteries installed.
9. The previous owner upgraded the electronics in 2016/17 investing 140K.
10. Props all reconditioned x 4 $2200, bottom paint inspected, platform system and mounts inspected.
11. A complete survey costing 28K with all recommendations was done by Inlet Marine.
12. The fridge was fully serviced in the fall of 2022
13. All maintenance has been documented by Inlet Marine.
14. Repairs are done by Inlet Marine and Revolution.
15. A lifeboat/tender can be included if wanted. Value $1100. Super light, unsinkable.
16. Toilet systems (Vacuum flush) have been completely replaced or repaired by Revolution in the fall of 2022.
17. The back curtain needs repair, rear carpets that are exposed to the weather are in need of replacement.
18. The gel coat has a small blister that needs repair.
19. The Sunroof track needs replacing. The motor has been replaced but the track is jamming.
20. The rubber on the entrance door needs replacing.
21. The guest door handle needs repair.
